Dawn joined Arbor Creek Animal Hospital in 2019 as a receptionist when she decided to make a career change after 20 years of assisting people with intellectual disabilities. Always an animal lover, she enjoys her family pets: two crested geckos, Moose and Squirrel; two betta fish, Sticks and Chips; two cats, Joseph and Billiam Willars; and her senior dog, Reggie. While her family firmly believes her hobby is doing laundry, she actually prefers good book, board games with friends, and live music
Pamela T.
Receptionist
Pam was raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania. She raised her two sons Dan and Josh after the passing of their Father. Pam then went back to school in her 30’s to pursue a degree in nursing. She worked for over 25 years as a Hospice RN and Director. After “failing her first retirement attempt, she went to work in client services at a local veterinary practice for 13 years. In 2021, she retired (again) and moved to Kansas to be near her son Dan and his family. Over the years she has volunteered with multiple animal rescues and has fostered over 75 cats (mostly the old, unadoptable ones) and continues to foster cats here in Kansas, through Kitty City Kansas. She “failed” retirement (again) and came to Arbor Creek Animal Hospital in early 2022. In her spare time , she hangs out with her grandkids, Emma and Hanna, her dog Doc, cats Blaire and Percy, and whatever foster cat happens to be in residence.

Lead Technician
Jordyn is a dedicated Veterinary Technician with a passion for animal care and a strong commitment to veterinary medicine. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences and Industry (Pre-Vet) at Kansas State University and is in the process of applying to veterinary school.
With experience in clinical care, surgical assistance, and patient monitoring, Jordyn is known for her hard work, compassion, and attention to detail. She treats every animal as if they were her own- including her beloved cats and her energetic cattle dog, Milo. Her goal is to become a Veterinarian and continue making a meaningful impact in the lives of animals and their families.
Grace S.
Technician
Grace is a originally from Kanas and has lives all across the United States, gaining experience working with a wide variety of animals. From birds and snakes to cats and dogs, she has always had a strong passion for caring for both the feathered and the furry. With over 9 years of experience in the veterinary field, Grace currently works a veterinarian technician. She shares her home her loyal companion Woodreaux, a Shepherd mix who enjoys greeting everyone from behind the desk.
Jacquie
Practice Manager
Originally from California, Jacquie has called Kansas City home since 2005. She began her career in veterinary medicine in 2007, developing extensive skills and knowledge as a veterinary technician. In 2023, she joined Arbor Creek Animal Hospital, where her dedication and leadership quickly led to her current role as Practice Manager. Jacquie is known for her hands-on approach and can often be found assisting wherever she is needed to support her team and ensure exceptional patient care. Outside of work, Jacquie enjoys spending time at the lake with her family. She is a proud mother to two daughters, who are 17 years apart in age and shares her home with 3 energetic dogs, Bonnie, Wilson and Ember.
